Can foreigners buy property in Dubai?
Yes. Dubai has now declared more than 60 separate zones across the city where it allows international buyers to buy property with full ownership, no UAE residency necessary. Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah, Business Bay, and Dubai Hills Estate are kind of packed with freehold zones. What are the costs involved in buying property in Dubai?
